Visitors:
For each visitor to a Web page on RGSBoys.com , our Web server automatically recognizes the visitor's IP address, date, time, and page you came from. These are industry standard server logs. We do not automatically collect your email address.

Members:
All information you provide by signing up for membership of RGSBoys.com, EXCEPT your email address and password, maybe displayed in your public profile. You may view your public profile and edit your public profile at anytime. However the required fields must be filled in with relevant information. If you no longer wish this required information to be displayed you may have your membership cancelled by contacting admin@rgsboys.com with your username, email address and password. You will then receive a email to which you must respond from your registration email address before your membership is removed. NOTE Any posts in the forums and links in the search engine will not automatically be deleted on removal of your membership. If you wish posts or links to be removed there will be a charge of £25 per hour (minimum 1 hour) to process the request.
All information you provide will not be passed on to any other parties or organisations other than that legally requested by a UK court.
