Terms of Membership

General:

You agree to conduct yourself in a proper manner and to treat other members and site staff with respect.

You agree you will not abuse any of RGS Boys.com services.

You are over 14 years old.

You agree that RGS Boys.com will have the sole and exclusive rights to modify, delete, or make any use whatsoever both in the forums and in any other location and medium of any material you submit.

Your Profile:

You agree that all information you provide to create your membership is accurate.

All information you provide by signing up for membership of RGSBoys.com, EXCEPT your email address and password, maybe displayed in your public profile. You may view your public profile and edit your public profile at anytime. However the required fields must be filled in with relevant information. If you no longer wish this required information to be displayed you may have your membership cancelled by contacting admin@rgsboys.com with your username, email address and password. You will then receive a email to which you must respond from your registration email address before your membership is removed.
NOTE Any posts in the forums and links in the search engine will not automatically be deleted on removal of your membership. If you wish posts or links to be removed there will be a charge of £25 per hour (minimum 1 hour) to process the request.

Using the Forums:

Our aim is to have a thriving community on the forums. To ensure every member has a pleasant experience whilst using the forums we have to have some rules.

The real-time nature of these forums make it impossible for us to review messages as they are posted to confirm the validity of information posted. Please remember that while we do actively monitor the contents of the RGS Boys.com Forums, we are not responsible for any messages posted.

You agree you will not post any material that you do not own the copyright to.

You must not post messages that are abusive of others. This includes statements that are racist, defamatory, obscene, inaccurate, abusive or illegal in any form.

You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owners of RGS Boys.com for transmission of your messages.

Signatures Your signature must be one line only without any links or reference to other sites or used for advertising. This is to keep the forums clear from unnecessary clutter and make the pages load faster.

Your posts should remain on topic and not carry any advertising or self promotion.

Adult Content No links to adult material or pornography are allowed. Please ensure all your posts are in good taste as this is a family friendly site.

Forum Moderators must be treated with respect No abuse will be tolerated .

We reserve the right to edit or remove posts if we decide it is necessary to maintain the standards of the forums.
